Oracle Version 10G with PSU 10.2.0.4.10
SQL> connect internal

ORA-09275: CONNECT INTERNAL is not a valid DBA connection
Connect Internal doesn't work in 10G with latest PSU, we have to connect as connect as sysdba or sysoper.
